Two women.
One shared vision.
Forma Beauty began with a leap of faith — a shop lease signed before either of us had a home in Noosa. It started as a brow bar. It's becoming something more. This is how we got here.
A leap of faith.
A shop lease before a home.
"We signed the lease before we even had somewhere to live. That's how ready we were."
Forma started because Shadai was done waiting for the right conditions. After years working in other people's salons — wanting to implement new ideas, use better products, create an experience that actually reflected the quality of her work — she decided to stop waiting and start building.
The move to Noosa wasn't just a business decision. It was a life one. Shadai had fallen in love with the pace and the ocean on a holiday, and decided to make it permanent. And Bron, at her own crossroads after years of nursing that had quietly exhausted her, came too.
They arrived in Noosa together. They signed the lease. Then they found a home.
Forma opened in 2023 as a brow bar — always with a bigger vision in mind, but starting where Shadai's reputation was strongest. The clients followed immediately. The reviews came quickly. And the studio began to evolve.
Meet Shadai
& Bron
Shadai
Shadai has been shaping brows and shaping experiences for over a decade — but it's what she brings beyond the brow pencil that makes her clients come back. Her facials are built around a philosophy of genuine personalisation: a barrier-first approach that combines European massage techniques, gua sha, enzyme treatments and oxygenation, always including lymphatic drainage as a foundation. Clients consistently leave looking lifted, rested, and younger than when they walked in.
She came to Noosa wanting to build something that genuinely reflected her standards — cleaner ingredients, better techniques, and the space to actually spend time with each client. Forma is that place.
Bron
After 25 years as a registered nurse, Bron came to Noosa needing a fresh start — and found one. She joined Forma with a stack of advanced certifications and a deep clinical instinct for how the body works. Her lymphatic work, she says, is the most connected she has ever felt to her patients: treating people holistically, helping their bodies function as they should, rather than managing symptoms in a system that rarely has time to stop.
The Body Flow Signature method is hers — a treatment she developed by combining the Vodder-based principles of Integrative Lymphatic Drainage with Brazilian lymphatic massage, refined through nursing-grade understanding of the body's systems. Her NeoLifting facial work draws on the same deep anatomical knowledge: working the muscles, releasing the tension, restoring the lift.
The Forma
philosophy
No treatment is scripted. Shadai reads your skin. Bron reads your body. Every session is a response to what you actually need that day — not a menu item delivered on a timer.
Looking good starts with feeling good. We've built our treatment menu around this — lymphatic drainage underpins our facials, Bron's clinical background informs every technique, and we choose products for their integrity, not their marketing.
Forma is a quiet retreat from the pace of everyday life. You can leave your phone at the door, your stress in the car, and walk out feeling at ease with yourself. That is the standard we hold every appointment to.
Experience it
for yourself.
Whether you're here for Shadai's brow artistry, Bron's lymphatic work, or a facial that leaves you feeling genuinely reset — we'd love to meet you.
